An exceptionally well crafted and designed pair, of high quality, made with semi-precious stones and set in cloisonne pots, decorated with lotus scroll and applied gilt lion head handles.
Provenance: The pair was purchased in the 1950s and thence by descent within the family. Fine condition. Probably dating from the early part of the 20th century.
